The Collected Works of Bart Eysink Smeets is a book where you have to take ‘collected’ quite literally. It is a sticker book of which the stickers still have to be made for the most part: that is the work of artist Bart Eysink Smeets that does not yet exist. With a membership you will receive all those stickers monthly so that the overview book of this artist always remains up to date.
How it works:
Click on 'Membership NL' next to it. This makes you a member and you automatically transfer €5 every month. Leave your address under 'Would you like to leave a message'.
The intention is that you remain a member for at least 6 months.
I will send you the book and stickers.
You will receive all the stickers of Bart's work that already exists, spread over the first 6 months. That is approximately 160 stickers!
After that you will receive (at least) 4 stickers per month with the work that does not yet exist (but will soon).
Some extra things to know:
You can cancel your membership at any time, but if you do take out a membership, it is nice if you plan to remain a member for a long time. If I lose too many members, I will unfortunately have to stop the project! So I hope that the curiosity and enthusiasm about my new projects can tempt you to remain a member until the end of time!
You can also become a member if you live abroad. It is 7 euros per month for people in the EU, and 10 euros per month if you live outside the EU.
The book has 192 pages and the texts are in English. It is supported by the Mondriaan Fund and the Cultural Fund.
